The best conversations I've had at work usually start with technology and end up somewhere more human: why a team has stopped trusting a platform, why a sensible plan keeps slipping, why nobody says the difficult thing until it has become expensive.
This is where I write about those ideas. Not because I think I've found the right answers. Mostly because writing is how I notice what I actually think.
